Spa & Wellness

Cold shock. Salt air. Warm water. Stillness. The wellness circuit at White Clay Castle takes you through four distinct states in a single visit. Most spas offer one of these. We built all of them.

Spa & Wellness - White Clay Castle Adventure Park, Manavgat Antalya

A complete wellness circuit, not a single room.

The spa at White Clay Castle is built around contrast and sequence. Cold shock waterfall and plunge pool. A Himalayan salt cave with ionized air. Jacuzzis for heat and muscle recovery. Each element works alone — but in sequence, they work on a different level altogether.

The circuit is designed for guests who want more than a sauna and a lounge chair. It is also designed to be unhurried — no fixed rotation, no time pressure. You move through it at your own pace.

Cold Shock Waterfall & Plunge Pool

Cold water therapy is one of the oldest and most effective forms of physical recovery. The shock waterfall and cold plunge pool at White Clay Castle drop the body temperature rapidly, triggering circulation, reducing inflammation, and producing the particular alertness that follows cold immersion. Most guests are sceptical before they try it. Most guests do it twice.

02

Salt Cave

The Himalayan salt cave is built for stillness and breath. Negatively charged salt ions fill the enclosed space, creating an air quality closer to high altitude or open sea than anything you will find in a resort corridor. Forty-five minutes inside is enough to feel the difference — clearer breathing, a quieter nervous system, and a quality of rest that most hotel rooms cannot produce.

03

Jacuzzis

After cold immersion and the salt cave, warm water completes the circuit. The jacuzzis provide jet-assisted muscle recovery, heat penetration, and the particular unwinding that happens when the body is fully supported and warm. This is where most guests linger longest.

04

How it works together

The sequence matters. Cold shock first — circulation opens and the body becomes receptive. Salt cave for breath and the nervous system. Jacuzzi to close with warmth and muscle recovery. Pair the full circuit with clay therapy before and cave massage after, and what you have is a complete wellness day — the kind most guests have not experienced outside a destination spa.

Cave Massage

Stone walls, low light, and professional bodywork in a cave-atmosphere treatment room. The natural companion to the spa circuit — book it after the salt cave for the best result.

Questions about the spa & wellness circuit

What does the shock waterfall actually feel like?

The water is cold — noticeably colder than a standard shower or pool. The initial contact is sharp, followed quickly by a full-body rush as circulation responds. Most guests describe it as the most awake they have felt all holiday. The effect lasts well into the rest of the day.

Is cold shock therapy safe for everyone?

Cold immersion is not recommended for guests with certain cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, or Raynaud's syndrome. If you have any relevant health concerns, consult a physician before booking the shock pool. For healthy adults, the experience is safe and well-tolerated.

How long does a session in the salt cave take?

Sessions run approximately 45 minutes. The cave is kept at a stable, cool temperature with controlled air flow. Most guests find the time passes quickly — the environment is conducive to rest and many fall asleep within the first twenty minutes.

What are the jacuzzis like — temperature, capacity?

The jacuzzis are heated to a comfortable therapeutic temperature and designed for relaxed use rather than communal socialising. Capacity and availability details are confirmed at reservation.

Can I do the full circuit in one visit?

Yes — the circuit is designed to be completed in a single visit. Allow a full half-day minimum for the complete sequence: clay therapy, shock pool, salt cave, jacuzzi, and cave massage. If you want to include lunch at the café, a full day is more comfortable.

What is the recommended order?

Clay therapy first — it opens the skin and relaxes surface muscle. Cold shock pool next — circulation peaks. Salt cave for the nervous system. Jacuzzi to recover with warmth. Cave massage to finish. This sequence is not mandatory, but guests who follow it consistently report the strongest overall effect.

Is the spa suitable for children?

The cold shock pool and salt cave are recommended for adults. Children are welcome in the jacuzzi area at parental discretion. For younger guests, the clay pools and waterfall are the main draw at the park.

Can I book just the spa without the clay therapy?

Yes. The spa circuit is available as a standalone experience. Use the booking form or WhatsApp to confirm which elements you want to include.
