FAQ
Everything you need to know before your visit to White Clay Castle.
Every question worth asking before you arrive.
The Park
Where is White Clay Castle Adventure Park located?
In Manavgat, Antalya, at Ilıca, Antalya Bulvarı No:74/A. It sits close to Side and is reachable from the entire Turkish Riviera — 15 minutes from Side, 35 minutes from Belek, 55 minutes from Alanya, and around 70 minutes from central Antalya.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes. The park is built for mixed groups — adults who want a full wellness day and children who want movement and activity. The clay waterfall, pony riding, and ATV parkour are particularly popular with younger guests. The spa circuit is recommended for adults.
How long should I plan for a visit?
A half-day covers the clay waterfall and one or two additional experiences comfortably. A full day is the better choice if you want to move through the spa circuit, clay therapy, cave massage, and the adventure activities. There is no rush — the park is designed to be unhurried.
Is there a café on site?
Yes. The café is open throughout the day for guests and accompanying visitors. Parents who prefer to wait while children do the ATV parkour or pony riding are welcome there.
Clay Therapy & Waterfall
What is white clay therapy?
A guided wellness ritual using food-grade white kaolin clay. You step into the clay pools, let the mineral clay work on your skin, then rinse under the white clay waterfall. The clay draws out impurities, softens the skin, and cools the body. Most guests notice the difference before they have dried off.
Is the clay the same as mud?
No. White kaolin clay is fine-textured, mineral-rich, and pH-balanced. It does not strip or irritate. Mud is a different material entirely — heavier, organic, and far less refined. The distinction is noticeable the moment you touch it.
Will the clay stain my swimwear?
White kaolin rinses cleanly with water. Wear a swimsuit or light clothing you are comfortable getting wet. No staining.
What is the white clay waterfall?
The world's largest white clay waterfall — a purpose-built cascade of cool, mineral-rich kaolin water. Walking under it is the fastest way to experience what white clay feels like on the skin. It is also the park's signature visual and most photographed moment.
Is clay therapy suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Food-grade white kaolin is one of the gentlest clays available. It is suitable for sensitive skin and safe for children. If you have a specific skin condition, a short patch test before full application is advisable.
Spa & Wellness
What does the spa circuit include?
Cold shock waterfall and plunge pool, Himalayan salt cave, and jacuzzis. Each element works independently, but the full circuit — cold, then salt cave, then warm jacuzzi — produces a noticeably stronger effect than any single session.
What does the cold shock pool actually feel like?
Sharp at first contact, then a full-body rush as circulation responds. Most guests are sceptical before they try it and do it twice. The alertness that follows lasts well into the rest of the day.
Is the salt cave suitable for respiratory conditions?
Salt cave therapy — halotherapy — is associated with easier breathing, reduced airway irritation, and relief for guests with seasonal allergies or mild congestion. If you have a specific respiratory condition, consult a physician before booking.
What is the cave massage?
A professional relaxation massage in a cave-atmosphere treatment room — stone-textured walls, low light, near-total silence. The environment alone shifts the nervous system before the massage begins. It is available as a standalone session or as part of a full wellness day.
In what order should I experience the spa circuit?
Clay therapy first — it opens the skin and relaxes surface muscle. Cold shock pool next. Salt cave for breath and the nervous system. Jacuzzi to finish with warmth and muscle recovery. Cave massage at the end if included. This sequence is not mandatory, but guests who follow it report the strongest overall result.
Adventure Park
What is the ATV parkour?
The first dedicated children's ATV adventure parkour in Manavgat. A purpose-built off-road track for younger riders, with a guide present throughout every session. The pace is set for the child. Parents can watch from alongside the track or wait at the café.
Do children need prior experience for the ATV?
None at all. The briefing and guide support are designed for first-time riders. Most children are comfortable within the first minute.
What is the pony riding experience like?
A guided pony ride for children with gentle ponies and patient staff. For most children, it is their first time on horseback — the experience is calm, well-supervised, and genuinely memorable.
