These Terms and Conditions govern your use of whiteclaycastle.com and your visit to White Clay Castle Adventure Park. By using the website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms in full.

Reservations can be made through the booking form on our website, by email, or via WhatsApp. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon written or electronic confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline a reservation at our discretion.
Reservation details including package, date, guest count, and transfer requirements must be accurate at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide correct information.
Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp as early as possible before your scheduled visit date. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or refund conditions, will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary by package type and timing.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a visit due to exceptional circumstances including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as practicable and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
All prices are stated at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation is confirmed. Confirmed reservation prices will not be altered after written confirmation has been issued. Payment terms, accepted methods, and applicable taxes will be communicated during the booking process.
Guests are responsible for assessing their own suitability for each activity and experience at the park. Certain activities, including the cold shock pool, salt cave, ATV parkour, and pony riding, may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions.
Guests with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any other relevant health concern are advised to consult a physician before participating in any activity. By participating, guests confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to do so.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by park staff and guides at all times. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose behaviour or physical condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during their visit. Age and height restrictions for specific activities such as the ATV parkour will be communicated at the time of booking or on arrival. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children in their care throughout the visit.
ALİA PARK ORGANİZASYON LTD. ŞTİ. takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all guests. However, guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We do not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in activities, except where such liability arises from our own proven negligence.
We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or costs arising from cancellation.
